dark is rod (revisited)

rod = dark (Lhaesine pronunciation = rawd) (some things Google found for "rod": an extremely common term; an English word, the first two meanings are a British measure of 16.5 feet, and a long thin implement made of metal or wood; a first name, can be short for Rodney; hot rod and street rod cars; baseball player A-Rod; fishing rod; lightning rod; ROD is Reporting Obligations Database of EEA (European Environment Agency); means similar terms of "clan, genus, relations" in Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Serbian, and Slovenian; means "root" in Danish; means "cross" in Old English; means "fruit" in Romanian; means "champion" in Sindarin; means "haughtiness" in Tibetan (Transliterated))

Shortened this word to one syllable. Dropped "a" off end of previous word, which changed the vowel sound. I'm well aware this is a word in other languages.

This word has been revised. The Lhaesine word for "dark" is now "nire". This posting is no longer current.
